  7. Salad Dressing
  8. 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  9. 1 Fresh lime juice
  10. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar - or to taste (or any kind)
  11. 1/2 tsp honey
  12. 1 tsp Sriracha (or to taste)
  13. Chicken Marinade
  14. 1/2 tsp paprika
  15. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  16. 1/4 tsp dried onion powder (or flakes)
  17. 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
  18. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  19. 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  20. 1 (or use Montreal chicken seasoning )

Instructions to make to make Aloha Salad

  1. Mix ingredients for marinade,and marinade chicken for 30 min -hour
  2. While chicken marinading, chop your veggies for the salad.
  3. Mix the salad dressing ingredients and whisk or blend together and set aside.
  4. Grill the chicken and pineapple slices. Grill until pineapple is golden and the chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Assemble the salad in a large bowl or plate. Dress with your salad dressing and enjoy!! 😊
