  8. ----Beef----
  9. 1 pound ground sirloin 85/15 lean/ fat ratio
  10. 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  12. 1 tablespoon chopped whole leaf Mexican oregano
  13. 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  14. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  15. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  16. 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
  17. ---vegetables----
  18. 28 ounce can of whole tomatoes
  19. 1 pound whole green beans
  20. 1 pound chopped broccoli
  21. 1 large carrot cubed
  22. 2 medium cucumbers diced
  23. to taste salt
  24. 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice
  25. ---Last cooked---
  26. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  27. 1/3 cup tomato paste
  28. ---optional----
  29. splash red wine vinegar per serving, optional

Instructions to make to make Soup

  1. Fry the chicken in the oil, season well
  2. When the chicken is half done, add the ground beef and its seasonings, along with the onions.
  3. Add carrots it will take a bit of time to cook raw carrots
  4. Simmer till all the meat is done. Add the vegetables, except cucumbers, and its seasonings. Break up the tomatoes a bit cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Now add the cucumbers.
  5. Add the parmesan cheese and tomato paste. Stir in well and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Serve I hope you enjoy!
